Issues must be reported via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Claims for orders returned because of incorrect recipient shipping information submitted by the customer will not be honored. It is a customer’s responsibility to provide www.ctbakery.org with correct shipping information.
If an item arrives broken, we will replace it to the best of our ability. As some items sell out, we may make substitutions. To fulfill your order in time for the holidays, www.ctbakery.org may substitute baked items of equal or better value depending upon availability.
While we do our best to make sure you and your friends and family receive orders in a timely manner, we rely on UPS and USPS for professional delivery service. Although rare, UPS and USPS do occasionally have delivery issues. If UPS or USPS attempt delivery and fail, www.ctbakery.org will not be held responsible.
